According to Ayurveda, there are special times in a women's life when nature opens up a narrow window of opportunity for total rejuvenation of her physiology.
These include the time just following the first menstrual period, the time of menopause and the first six weeks after giving birth.
New mothers possess the natural ability to attain an optimal metabolic state for health and recovery - a reset of their physiology during postpartum if the 42 days referred to as the 'Sacred Window' in Ayurveda are honoured and respected.

About Your Teacher - Olga Nardy
I’m a mother who experienced a difficult postpartum period followed by ill health. My personal experience is why I am passionate about educating and supporting new mothers in experiencing a rejuvenating and revitalizing postpartum period, effects that last for many years. I am a qualified Ayurvedic Postpartum Caregiver, Workshop Facilitator and Coach.
