RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or cancellations. Please note all Clearance items are FINAL SALE. One-time size exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date you received your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- We only accept size exchanges.
- Exchanges will be accepted for up to 14 days from the date you received your order.
- All items must be in their original condition (never worn other than trying on, or washed, with tags still attached).
- Please pack your items together with the invoice.
- Please include your order number.
- You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct size. To avoid purchasing the incorrect size, please refer to the individual items size guide.
- You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the new item's shipping cost.
- After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to hello@amotherspark.com.
- As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
- Pack the items in the original packaging.
- Please include the order number.

- Please send us an email to hello@amothersspark.com with the tracking number of the return.
- We will monitor the parcel using the tracking number you provided.
- You will receive an email containing the store credit.
- Use the store credit to place a new order.
Important notice: We will not issue the store credit without a tracking number
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
