Personal development and inner growth help us make sense of who we are and the world around us. As we learn more about ourselves and our true nature, the world feels safer and more knowable. Using a coaching-led approach, A Mother's Spark offers Vedic knowledge infused apparel, supported by coaching cards doubled up as wall art, and online coaching. All in the effort to inspire mothers to deepen their Self-knowledge, Self-awareness and Self-care to be that spark that ignites their children's soul into remembering who they truly are.

A Mother's Spark was founded on the belief that increased self-awareness will naturally lead to a more effortless, enjoyable and mindful parenting experience. We approach each activity, trusting that it can and will be easier in future if only we put in the effort today.
